2. Click the Library tab
3. Click Center for Writing Excellence
4. Click Visit Tutorials and Guides
5. Click Reference and Citation Generator under APA Information
   Note: Click Reference and Citation Examples under APA Information for additional assistance with formatting citations in text and on the reference page.
6. Select one of the following:
   • Popular
   • Books
   • Periodicals
   • Websites
   • Course Materials
   • Miscellaneous
7. Select the type of resource to cite
8. Enter all required information
   Note: Click Example if you would like to view a sample entry and generation.
9. Click Submit
